Report catalog, provider-route, My List, accessibility, or display problems with a precise public URL.

Catalog correction

Include the exact record, movie or series format, disputed field, current value, proposed value, and a reliable source. Title, year, original language, artwork, genre, summary, and continuity are handled as distinct issues.

Viewing availability

State the service, country, date, device, account tier if relevant, and what the destination displayed. Provider availability expires quickly, so one country’s result should not be described as a global condition.

Functional report

Identify browser, operating system, viewport or zoom, page URL, action, and result. Say whether search, filters, Tonight/Weekend/Later, navigation, focus, images, or layout failed.

Account boundary

Do not send a password, payment card, recovery code, or authentication token. Flixtor cannot reset an account controlled by another host or provider.
